Common questions

I was invited to a care circle but cannot get in

Open the link in your invitation and it will carry your invite code for you. If you have the six-character code but no link, go to the join page and enter it there. Invitations expire after seven days, so if yours has lapsed, ask the person who invited you to send a new one.

I did not receive an invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder first, and confirm the person inviting you used the right address. If it still has not arrived, ask them for the invite code directly and use the join page above. Email us if that does not work and we will look into it.

A medication reminder did not arrive

Check that notifications are switched on for KinLoop in your device settings, and that the medication has a schedule rather than being marked as-needed. Reminders use the medication’s own time zone, so a dose keeps its correct local time even when you are traveling.

I want to export or delete my data

Both are in Settings inside the app. Export My Data sends you everything in your account, and Delete Account removes it. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is kept and for how long.

Billing and subscriptions

Full Circle is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, so cancellations and refunds are handled there, in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. One subscription covers every circle you administer, and every member of those circles gets the same access.
